Slipknot bound with waxed linen thread, these 35 collage mounted pages are filled with an array of hand painted and commercial papers, fibers, natural elements, and gold leaf. Each 5.5" x 5.5" page consists of 80 lb. cover stock, doubled and joined with a reinforced, double thick spine on the bound edge to prevent a common problem with thread bound books.

“This compilation of 35 small collages is mounted on paper and brought together with slipknot binding using waxed linen thread. This is an extension of an installation of over 200 canvas mini collages which are currently displayed at Goldmark Cultural Center. Often combining favorite colors and symbols, these collages are a glimpse into my inner being, both worries and joys. Alternative book binding techniques have recently played a role in my ongoing artistic journey.”
