South of the Border
South of the Border was a fun one to do. In Texas we always feel like Tex-Mex is a part of our culture. In food and beyond…this was also inspired by a Bob Will song South of the Border that talks about falling in love down Mexico way under the stars…. Looking out in the night and seeing ⭐️stars dancing across the sky gives us hope that there is something bigger than us. I think music gives voice to those stars and when I think of hope and joy in music it takes me to the mariachi and joy that comes with cultural traditions.
