Hubert Moore
Richard Hubert Moore was born Feb. 24, 1957, in Dallas, Texas, and a graduate of W. H. Adamson High School. He later graduated from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Art. He also has a Master of Science in Family Studies from Amberton University. Husband to Darlene M. Moore for 45 years, they have three daughters, two sons, six grandsons, and three granddaughters.
He has designed book covers for Pastor Thelma Grate, World Crusade Ministries, Operation Network, ONYX Magazine, Astric Rentals, and Unity of Faith Music Co. He works as a commissioned artist creating individual and family portraits. He also specializes in creating artwork for homes and church sanctuaries.
He is inspired by the works of artists during the Impressionism Period. You will find hints of that inspiration in almost every painting that Hubert creates. Since college he has been intrigued by Georges Seurat and Paul Signac, the developers of pointillism. Some of his works are inspired by them as well.
Hubert has also worked professionally for several years with, Designs by Melinda, as an Illustrator; XEROX, as Computer Systems Associate / Forms Creation Analyst; Affiliated Computer Services, as Print Manager / Forms Analyst; and has created original works of art for International Galleries to produce limited edition prints.
