Private Party Prices and Info:

Rentals at the ArtCentre include full use of the downstairs of the building. Each event is differnt, so please call to discuss rental rates.

Q. Do I have to bring in my own tables and chairs?
A. It depends on the size of your party. The ArtCentre does have five 8' buffet tables and 40 metal folding chairs that you may use if you choose to.

Q. Will I have to make rental arrangements for linens, plates, cups, etc?
A. Yes you will. The ArtCentre is not able to furnish those items, but can recommend a vendor.

Q. What else should I know about your space?
A. We have a small kitchen, with a standard refrigerator, microwave, and a commercial ice maker.

Q. Do I have to use a specific caterer or vendor from your list?
A. No, you may bring in your own caterer and/or ask us for suggestions.

Q. What about alcohol?
A. You may bring in your own beer and wine. But if you choose to have a full bar with hard liquor and mixed drinks, you will need to secure an off-duty Plano Police Officer. Their fee is $35 per hour and you pay them directly.

Q. What about parking?
A. We have a parking lot available behind our building, a parking lot on the east side of our building, and parking on the west side, across the street.

Q. What do I do to book the ArtCentre?
A. Complete our event rental contract. We may require a security deposit depending on the circumstances. We ask that you make a partial payment when we execute the rental event contract and expect payment in full one week prior to your event.
