Expressive Arts Meeting - Lean Forward Into Your Life "All major change provides a wakeup call to evaluate our lives and priorities". It is a time of inner awakening. We will participate in five practical healing rituals to help move us forward in our lives after experiencing change and loss. Our art and wrirting processes will be woven into the day, encouraging us to express our feelings and inner creativity. All of this can lead to a greater sense of peace and wholeness.

Expressive Arts Meeting - Embrace the Touch Drawing Tool Touch Drawing is a break-through art process discovered by Deborah Koff-Chapin for expressing hidden energy your body has held onto for days, weeks, months or even years. The idea of painting without a paintbrush may be a new concept for you, but it does tend to open us up to our inner energies and creativity. Your hands will not be touching the paint during this process. You will place paper over the paint you have spread on your board and make marks on it with your hands that will be captured on the bottom of the paper. This process provides the possibility for so many health benefits, plus the ability to open up creative channels in each of us.
